So I came on this site before I checked out this place for an estimate, i knew the posts that gave them 5-star-ratings were done by someone at their office, its obvious because they all mispell the same words lol (responsable). But I still went to give them an even opportunity. It wasn't a waste of time because their estimate protocol only took like 2 minutes (that was fishy) and consisted solely of a camera and a guy with a pen on his ear. So here goes the story: When I turned into the customer parking lot at 8 a.m., there were no spaces available (fishy). I reasoned that those cars were actually work that they had not gotten around to because they are 1) lazy and disorganized, and also because 2) it was too early to have a packed lot 3) and because all those cars needed serious body work. So I went in to the office and they got the insurnace information, me and the guy went to take a look, he said that I should leave the car because ""its dangerous"" to drive around like that, the damage was obviously not as bad as he made it seem (you should have seen his facial expression; I knew he knew that I knew that I wasn't buying it lol), he took pictures, and then walked away. I was amazed at how fast this occurred, he didn't even give me a paper or a ball park range of the estimate. He just said that he would let the insurance know. I was driving home thinking ""would I trust Auto Craft with my car, my source of transportation?"" the answer was Hell No! \r
A week later the ins. company contacted me and said they needed me to take in my car in for an estimate. I said I already did, they said no you haven't. The guys at Auto Craft must have not gotten around to sending the estimate to the insurance (I was not suprised). Two weeks later, I took my car to another place. That place called to see if they could use Auto Crafts's estimate, but Auto Craft had still not submitted the estimate.\r

Take home message: don't take your car here, unless you like to give away money
Pros: They had a lot of work to do
Cons: They weren't getting it done
