We could never seem to get in touch with these people. We called and left several messages with someone who sounded like she was very put out to be called at 2 in the afternoon but no one returned our calls. They showed up when they wanted and never showed up when they said they would. We paid a lot of money and ended up having to finish up some of the work ourselves because no one would return our calls. Pros: no Cons: everything more

Beware!! 6/10/2007

Extremely poor service and some sloppy work. They took WEEKS to return a call and just showed up when they liked. Some of the screws around the drain are not even screwed down all the way and we had to trim excess vinyl from around the skimmers and steps after they left. We also found a hard, rock-shaped object behind the liner about a foot below the water line. Never showed up to start up our chemicals (after he promised he would) even after a call from us. We'll never call this fruit loop up again. Pros: nothing Cons: Everything more
