Custom Fab Trailers

We bought a used Custom Fab, 2 horse slant in 2012. I am responding to the negative review from a Custom-Fab trailer customer. The trailer was delivered to the customer. She had complaints concerning the trailer. The trailer was picked up at her home and returned to the factory. Work was done on the trailer and it was returned to her at no cost to her. Purchasing a Custom-Fab trailer is not a gamble. The trailers all have a 6 year warranty. Custom-Fab trailers have been sold for 20 years and in that time, I have had very few complaints and each one of those complaints were addressed to the customer's satisfaction. During those 20 years, we have had a few customers who would rather be vicious than return the trailer for warranty work. We do everything possible to satisfy our customers. We custom build every trailer to the customer's needs. They know the ramp heights before the trailer is ever started and concerning this complaint, the customer know the height and was furnished papers showing the height. Instead of writing negative reviews about her trailer and trying to damage our company's reputation, she should return the trailer to the factory and let us satisfy her complaints. I bought my Custom-Fab new in 2000. It is the best trailer I have ever owned. I breed and show quarter horses and have pulled this trailer over 90,000 miles. I have never had one problem with this trailer. It has been back to the factory two times and both times were because of me backing into something. My trailer hauls three horses and I have a 10' living quarters in the front. I have never had one single leak in this trailer. I have hauled many ""bad"" horses in my trailer and there is not one dent in this trailer from horses kicking the sides of the trailer. This is the strongest trailer made. When I was in the market for a trailer, I priced all of the big name trailers; 4 Star, Sundowner, Sooner, Eby, etc. and I got the best deal and the best trailer from Custom-Fab. This trailer has been up and down the eastern seaboard for 10 years and the only thing I have ever had to replace is the tires. The workmanship on my trailer is impeccable without a doubt.
