Curves for Women is a circuit training "gym." You spend 30 minutes total working through a series of muscle-building equipment, alternating with marching on platforms.
For a newbie to exercise or for someone who's been sedentary for awhile, this is probably a fine way to get back in the groove. This particular Curves also tried to make working out a little more fun by running games and silly dress-up days, and for that, I give them credit.
The problem is that this workout gets OLD and BORING pretty fast, and if you're not seeing the results you want, you're most likely not going to stick with it.
For me, it lost its luster after about 3 months.
