After going to Dr. Cucci for 10 years and also referring 10 plus patients to her I am leaving and getting a new Doctor. She was very unprofessional. I left a message for her at 7am to call me so I could discuss a personnal issue with her but to my surprise NO CALL was returned I waited all day. Then I left a message at 6pm I was floored when she returned the phone call and she was very NASTY she could care less about how I was treated with one of her staff members.I recently had an exam and did not meet the deductible then received a bill for for a amount I then wrote a letter asking if they would settle for a smaller amount due to financial hardship but instead of calling me or writing they sent my bill to collections that was wrong and unnecessary. I wanted to just talk to Dr. Cucci to explain the issue and she just did not care. This is not how you treat good LONGTIME customers that gave much business over the years plus MANY referrals. All of these people are outraged and will leave. Its all about the money at this place. I still cannot believe it. Don't go there, do yourself a favor. There are much better caring eye doctors out there.
