I bought a CSN fireplace immediately hit my credit card for $500 invoice +free shipping$0.I waited 2wks and called for tracking number. They had shipped to the wrong state. After rerouting it arrived broken. Patient, I called and asked for a new unit. They told me I had to wait another 3 weeks. Reqested to expedite and they finally agreed to ship in a week. Didn't arrive, I called and asked for another tracking number It had shipped to the wrong state..again. At this point I wanted my money back. When they told me they would not, I called AMEX and cancelled funds. They called back the following day and said they'd refund minus shipping. I told them I wasn't paying shipping something I never received that shipping charges I had paid was $0. Today, I received an email deducting $123.71. Still fighting, I would recommend AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
If you order something from these people, you better hope nothing goes wrong...at that point you lose. You don't get your money back.
