So disappointed 12/29/2014

We went in there just over a year and a half ago. They sell you on the dependability of volvos, and on joining a family. Bunch of bull. If I was volvo, I would not even let this dealership sell their cars. Not more than a few months after buying our car, we realized none of the charger things worked, and we needed some kind of a system update(I believe it was around $800) you would think they would at least offer a discount. Nope, and they were rude about it too. Shortly there after the ac started going out. Mind you we paid over $20,000 for this car. We still haven't fixed the ac, as who has the time or extra money for that. Also, it went through a bout of not starting so we bought a new battery, and we still have problems with it not starting. Also, as if all that crap isn't enough, it is making a strange sound after you hit 30 mph. It's a piece of crap, and it's really sad, cause volvos are supposed to be so dependable. They sold us a pile of crap and offer no assistance. Companies like this should not exist in the US more

Horrible 8/22/2011

I am a decent shadetree mechanic and only go to the dealer if absolutely necessary. Unfortunately Volvo has propriatary diagnostics that make it impossible for anyone but them to do many repairs. Would not be a big deal except for the outrageous prices for parts which are cheaply made and the worst service people I have ever met. An example is the sun visor; lasts only a few years before the cheap plastic mount breaks rendering it useless and costs $200 to replace!!!! A safety hazard that should have been recalled. Next, the service department personnel are worse than Chase Bank loan officers. With them it is $260 just to give then the honor of leaving you car with them. Then you sign a service contract that is no where near what is required by Florida state law. I looked up the statute because the form was so phony anyone could tell it was fraudulent. Then you get the call that they will be so happy to fix your car for thousands of dollars for minor repairs. I told them no thanks then was treated like garbage and had to fight endlessly to get the car back. I did a little internet research (facebook) on the people in the service department and find they are all Tea Party, money grubbing jerkoffs. Not an ounce of integrity in any of them. They are all about how much money they can screw you out of. Needless to say I will be selling my Volvo and will never try that experiment again. I will be buying some good ole Classic America Steel that I can get parts for and will not worry about what will break next and not have to deal with people that hate this country except for what they can take from it. more

A great place for Volvo repairs. 12/8/2010

Shopped around a few places to have work done on my Volvo. Emailed their service department and actually heard back from a service advisor on what I needed. The price was close to the other people I called so I went for it. Turned out to be a very good experience. They have a few techs there that are really good. more

Horrible 11/9/2010

Worst experience ever..... Went there twice and dealt with a Salesman named Thomas. Never called me eith time on a deal he was "Researching". Then stated on one call the Sales Manager Mike was working on it and we stopped in Mike supposedly did not know anything about. What a waste of time - if they do not follow up to get a sale imagine how they are after the sale...... more

Volvo Village 9/1/2005

Volvo Village sells new Volvo’s. They are another one of those car dealerships where the General Manager and salesmen like to play those infamous games. One thing I like about them is that they make follow-up phone calls to customers after they bring their cars in for service in order to determine if the service was satisfactory or not. I would recommend a Used Car Salesman, Rick Harris, if he still works there. Mr. Harris isn’t so into the games, and tends to make more fair deals (in my experience). more
