My experience with Crown Eurocars has been truly first class from the first contact to date. Jason responded immediately to my email, answered my questions, and offered the best price (by far) I encountered while shopping for my new CLS550. Since the car was being ordered, we were approximately two months out from delivery and it occurred to me that lease rates could very well change in that time. When I asked Jason what would happen in that circumstance, he replied that we had a deal and, if rates changed, Crown would eat the difference, not me. That tells you all you need to know about how they do business. Simply put, they believe in treating people right. After all, why sell a guy one car and make a few extra bucks, when you can treat him right and sell him five cars over the next few years?\r
John did a great job fielding my various production and shipping-related emails, as well as with the delivery process, itself. Kevin made the business aspects of completing the lease a pleasure.\r
All in all, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Crown and with the service we received from Jason, John, and Kevin. We'll absolutely be back for more.
