Very Disappointing 12/18/2009

Based on their city search page, I was excited to visit their store. First issue was their lack of selection. In addition, their pricing was far from what I expected. I wasted my time and energy bringing in 2 heavy boxes and 1 backpack of clothing to sell/trade to no avail. After waiting an agonizing 3/4hrs they said they could not take any of my items. Why? because they were to lazy to even look at my items! Incredibly they denied this even though I was in the store the whole time. I shant be going back to Crossroads and I recommend you don't waste your time with their menial selection. Boo! Pros: Nada Cons: lack of selection; lazy buyers more

A fun place to stop by 6/13/2006

Just like any other re-sell store, sometimes they have good stuff and sometimes not. I've found some cute clothes and shoes for very reasonable prices. What they have change constantly and fairly quickly. So if you've found something you like, you have to get it right then because chances are it may not be there next time you go. But make sure you want it because they do not accept exchanges or return! Pros: Reasonable prices Cons: No return! more

Average store.... 10/2/2003

Crossroads is pretty average as far as the used clothing biz goes. Sometimes I find good stuff, sometimes I don't. It seems to cater to mostly Gap and Banana Republic wearing people, with some items that those people would buy and think they were ""wild"" (the kind who doesn't shop at Red Light) Good prices on things. Very picky buyers, and low cash that they give you for your stuff. Pros: Space Layed Out Well, Decent Average Items, Decent Prices Cons: Low Buying offers, Stuck Up Employees, Fast Food atmosphere more

  • In Short
The layout is warehouse-sparse. The music is familiarly hip. And pickiness is a virtue. The store's buyers selectively sort through possible acquisitions for current men's and...
