I thought I was in great shape. I could run a couple miles. I was doing some working out at home. I was in a dream world. Crossfit has changed my opinion on what being fit is. I am in much better shape after only a short time. I'm 10 lbs under the goal weight I had set a year ago when I started running. I was 10 lbs over that when I started crossfit about 2 months ago. I lost 20 lbs in about a year and it's taken 2 months of crossfit to lose the same amount again.
