I was ready for that next level of workout, but tired of doing 60 minutes of step classes, weights, etc. and not seeing results. I am a bit older and didn't want to compete with the younger crowd and checked out CrossFit SW Austin. There are all ages at this facility, but everyone is very supportive, friendly and the owner is truly interested in each member succeeding - which is not the norm for most gyms. We do have friendly competitions, but we have all become one big team. I've lost 6 pounds in about 3 weeks, I'm getting stronger and feel better. Hope to see you there!!!
