Lost/stolen phone returned after word of mouth was put out by me that police was looking into the locator's app and the person that has the phone would be arrested. Called the insurance plan they stated if it is within 30 days a refund is due from the store. The store now tells me that they will not refund the $85.00 that I spent to get the replacement phone. I ask why wasn't I told that and is that their policy, they stated yes and this information was given to me when I purchase the insurance...I was never told this by anyone at this store or any other cricket stores. Cricket doesn't give refunds!!!!! Very Dissatisfied and will be finding another carrier...ASAP!
