Dear Mr. Parajeckas and Mr. Liu…..recently I had the pleasure of doing business with your internet sales manager Matt Gleichman.
I was in the market for my third consecutive BMW and was on my way to Irvine BMW, where I had done my last three deals. I live in Palm Springs and have to make an extra effort to buy cars in Orange County, but the offers seem to be better than at BMW of Palm Springs. I had already been given a good offer via phone by the sales manager at Irvine, but somehow the deal seemed too good and I decided to stop by Crevier first. It was a good decision.
Frankly, I’m not sure if I got a better deal than I would have at Irvine, but here is what I did get:
- Matt was the most easy going sales executive that I’ve ever dealt with. He exudes honesty and had a sincere interest in putting me in the best car for me…not for the dealership. Though I did not let him know it, I had decided that I was going to make a deal with him that day after only our first 10 minutes together.
- You other associates, Kristine in Finance and Stacy in Lease Return we equally knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I felt like I was doing business with friends. I hope that the girls, along with Matt, will all be there when I return to get my next car.
- The amount of stock that you have is incredible. You had almost every combination of packages and colors that I could think of. I ended up with the perfect, 535i pre-driven executive car.
Congratulation to you and your staff for running a good show! As long as can keep it up, I’ll be back to get my cars at Crevier.
