i have only lived here for 6 months and we are ready to move. We've been ready since about a month after we moved in. When we first walked through the apt everything looked fine and the staff was really nice, that was until things started going wrong. Every time it rains our kitchen gets flooded we reported it and they just came to look at it and said that the foundation shifted and they had to cover up a whole in the back of the apts. where the water was coming in through. It never got covered of course, at least not correctly the way they said they would. The manger said they'd get some cement poured in there to seal it up but instead they threw more dirt in there as if the water wont get through that so now we have mud and insects that get through there. They're idiots. They tried sealing the inside but the crack reappears weeks after they so called seal it. Then we had a problem with the A/C water leaking in our bathtub that never got fixed we now have an orange nasty stain that doesn't go away because it still leaks. A week after they came to so called fix it the water leaked through my walls and caused mold which destroyed some furniture but of course would not replace it. They cut a hole in the wall to replace the mold part and left the hole for 2 weeks. The sad part is that i have 2 kids 4yrs and 1yr so you know that should have been a priority. Someone came to finally cover it but did a shitty job, you can tell work was done there it wasn't even blended in correctly. They're corporate office isn't any better many calls have been made to them and they do not return phone calls. When you talk to the receptionist she just gets defensive and hangs up on you. i don't understand how these ppl can keep this business. As i write this there is a huge hole out in the parking lot where they had a water leak and had to dig but never covered the whole up. it's been like that for almost 2 months. There's also a huge tree branch laying on the floor in the bbq/picnic area very unsafe for kids. Bottom line the staff here on site and their corporate don't care about their tenants and therefore is the worst place to lease. The leasing office is never on the same page either. They never know what has and hasn't been done or if they even received your work order. Between Rachel and Christine they're always right no matter what you say and will never admit to their mistakes. Take this as a warning and run as far away from these apartments.
