Crazy Greeks

HORRIBLE service! I had to give _them_ very specific directions to the house and it still took an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive--the pizza was cold! And then, instead of apologizing for the delay, the elderly delivery woman had the nerve to demand why the front lights weren't on, in a scolding tone of voice! Why couldn't you call me to let me know my food had arrived? Why did I have to give you directions to the house? Do you not have access to the internet? Why are you trying to deliver food without a GPS? GET WITH THE TIMES! I guarantee that your business will go under in the blink of eye if you continue to operate in this outdated manner. And please work on your interpersonal skills and never, EVER scold a customer. Customer service 101, lady. Learn it. Adding "ma'am" at the end of every sentence and expressing false gratitude does _not_ come across as being polite. more

Tasty! Delivered to my hotel room a few minutes later than projected. My pizza was still nice and hot when it got here more

Delivery was fast, but the food was inedible. The veggie grinder is a disgusting soggy mess, I tried one bite, spit it out and threw it away. I really should get my money back. On top of that the fries were cold, soggy and unsalted and they got my drinks wrong. Bad doesn't even begin to cover it, I'd say awful. more

Greek Salad is pretty decent (lots of feta cheese). Lunch delivery took over an hour, which is not unusual, especially in this area. They didn't add any of my extras to the grilled cheese sandwich and just used american cheese, which was cold upon arrival. Still, not a bad meal all in all. more

The flavor of the food was great, but it was cold by the time it got here. I would have rather waited another 10-15 minutes and had food that was a little more fresh. more

Bought the gyro sandwich. Worst gyro sandwich I've ever had. Delivery was on time, order was accurate. It just tasted absolutely horrible. The tzatziki sauce (which they charged me extra for) almost made me vomit. more

Terrible, terrible service. After an hour and a half we still didn't have our food delivered and the people at the restaurant said "the driver is out with your food...he had a couple deliveries"...but the funny part was that they never asked for our address. Then the food came and it was spilled all over the bag! The delivery person didn't even apologize and said "I don't know what to tell you...call the restaurant". When we called the restaurant they just kept giving excuses and the customer services was again horrible. Will NEVER order from this place again. more

Just awful. They've messed up two orders that I've made, so far...Don't bother. more

Just horrible. I ordered the 8 chicken tender meal but only 4 were delivered. After calling the restaurant to tell them of their mistake, I took a bite of what was the worst piece of chicken I have ever had. I promptly called them right back and told them not to worry about the rest to change my order to a 4 piece. more

Food was good.....forgot the bacon on my burger though. more

Greek's got a great $5 sub deal. Chicken parm, meatball sub, or cheeseteak for just 4.99. Pros: Good food, fast service, good prices for the city Cons: a few crackheads work there more
