HORRIBLE service! I had to give _them_ very specific directions to the house and it still took an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive--the pizza was cold! And then, instead of apologizing for the delay, the elderly delivery woman had the nerve to demand why the front lights weren't on, in a scolding tone of voice! Why couldn't you call me to let me know my food had arrived? Why did I have to give you directions to the house? Do you not have access to the internet? Why are you trying to deliver food without a GPS? GET WITH THE TIMES! I guarantee that your business will go under in the blink of eye if you continue to operate in this outdated manner. And please work on your interpersonal skills and never, EVER scold a customer. Customer service 101, lady. Learn it. Adding "ma'am" at the end of every sentence and expressing false gratitude does _not_ come across as being polite.
