We purchased a sectional from Cramer?s Furniture in Ellensburg, looked great in the showroom, price was good. Ordered the piece, delivery was when they promised, so far so good. When we got the sectional, it had 6 separate problems. The recliner section was bent, a nail stuck out from the side, the corner section did not match, cushions were sewn incorrectly, etc. The same piece in their showroom had a couple similar issues and we became convinced that they would not be able to deliver a quality unit that would last. The manager agreed that the pieces they delivered ""should never have been sent out"" and agreed that they would pick it up the following Friday, which they did. The trouble started when I received the credit on my card. They had held back $320 dollars as a ""restocking fee"", no mention was ever made regarding any fee! I have eleven pictures of the defects and they want to charge me, unbelievable. At this point, the manager claims it is the owner and says he will take care of the issue when the owner gets back in town. Hopefully, they will do the right thing, if not I will look forward to showing my pictures and telling my story on line and in court.
