A message was left on the Cozy-D ?Emergency? number asking for someone to call back due to my AC breaking down. I had a friend who does this work look at it, but I had to go through my warranty company. He put Freon in the AC and said that there was a leak. So I called the company again because no one called me back and I made an appointment with Crystal in the office. She took all my information and set the appointment from 2-4pm the next day.
