Just a quick not; I took my car in for service (service rep. Ron) nice guy, professional, etc..but this is where it went wrong. I had to leave it over Christmas Holiday, when the car was done. I went to pick it up and the first thing I noticed was that someone ram-sacked my entire car, glove box, middle console was opened, all my personal stuff spread out over the seat and floor and NO one seem to notice or care. I got with Ron and he called the Manager over to see it and first thing he says was "It's not of one of our guys who did it", like I would care who did it??? Then he says " we will take a look at our cameras and will get back to you" have not heard back yet, it's almost 3 weeks. They continue to tell me that there has been a couple incidents. The Manager and Ron asked me for the list of stuff that is missing, which I sent over that day, I have called and email Covert Ford on this matter and have not heard anything back, yet! On top of all this, I had to take my car back already to have them complete the repairs that was not done properly/completely. Where's the QC inspection????
