They have a huge issue with lying to tenants and making them pay full price for replacing the whole apt w/new carpet even with one stain in one little area. This happened to a family member of mine and a friend that moved out 2 months prior to that. They state they are ""unable to just patch the area because the company is not manufacturing the carpet any longer"" A stain that was a small size in the living room cost him $600, my family member $742.My apt was flooded...no compensation was given from them and instead of replacing the carpet at that time, they made me live with 2 extremely loud fans, for 2 nights, pulled the carpet back (which was filthy underneath) aired it out, and put back down (not stapling or securing it in any fashion). Management is very defensive when trying to submit claims, maintenance is horrible (don't think they ever replaced a lightbulb previously), and yes they will charge you for everything. Ensure you do a walkthrough which we asked to do, and they went through it without us...I asked the lady manager about it she said we have to request the walk through (we did) and in the lease it never states that. And don't plan on utilizing the pool or spa very often.. They close it down before dawn and the hottub works periodically.. Many, many more issues are involved with this place so I WOULD REALLY REALLY THINK TEN TIMES BEFORE RENTING THIS PLACE UNLESS IT IS A MANDATORY PLACE YOU HAVE TO MOVE INTO...DONT !!!!!!
