I would not suggest this company. The manager says my situation was a one time incident, but it went so poorly that I felt I must share my story. They provided false timelines over and over. Each time I was to pick up my vehicle, there was some reason it would not be ready and would be a day or two more. They claimed parts were unavailable, but then when I went to my insurance company with my complaints, some parts were suddenly found. They still claimed a final part was no longer made, and told me that if I wanted to keep complaining about the wrong colored part, I could attempt to find it and they would be happy to install. I personally researched the part with another reputable dealer and they found that part was available. That should not have to be a consumers responsibility to find parts for repair. Painted areas were missed and had to be fixed. Painted areas were done poorly and had to be fixed. There was an overall attitude of not caring about me, my car, the time lines or my concerns and happiness as a consumer. If I did not have my insurance company to stand behind me, I believe they would have taken my money and allowed me to leave disgruntled and would not have cared. I would NOT recommend this company. I had always used Recovery Room before, but Courtesy was suggested by my insurance company in order to save on my deductible. I would have rather paid more on my deductible and dealt with a reputable company.
