My husband and I just bought a beautiful new car from Courtesy Acura and had a fantastic experience. The staff were all very knowledgeable without being pushy. They answered all of our questions and were patient while we discussed our decision. Charell Robinson led us through the buying process very quickly and the finance portion was explained very well. I have nothing but good things to say 2/27/2012

I have nothing but good things to say about Courtesy Acura. In 2006 I leased a brand new Acura TL from Courtesy. In 2010 I returned to Courtesy Acura and bought out the lease and had another great experience. Courtesy makes the car buying/leasing/service easy. I have always taken my car there for all of the service, including oil changes. The service staff is so friendly and they are so accomodating. I have access to loaner cars whenever I need them, the lounge is extremely comfortable and is always stocked with refreshments and the service is always done right and on time. I have worked with both Sandy and Matt several times, they both make me feel like a valued customer. There is another Acura dealership closer to my house but I drive accross town because I know I will be treated right! I have never owned a car as long as I have my 2006 TL and when the time comes, I will return to Courtesy Acura for a new Acura. more

We purchased our 2003 MDX in 2006 from Courtesy Acura (today, Feb. 2012, we have 115,000 miles on the vehicle). We almost always use their service department; we have no complaints big or small with this service team. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. We intend to keep our MDX for a few more years as itâ??s been a great SUV for us. Usually Service Advisor Sandy takes care of us. He is really detailed in his explanations of any problem along with the suggested corrections and options. He also reviews current suggested maintenance and soon due maintenance items with us. They also wash the exterior and clean the interior whenever you have any work done. The waiting room is really nice, stylish, clean, and comfortable (free coffee and snacks) with a variety of magazines. They also have a shuttle service to take you home or to work if needed. more

It was great working with Sandy 2/25/2012

It was great working with Sandy Santori at Courtesy Acura. He explained how the motor leak needed to be repaired and he set up a time line of future maintenance work to do on my 1999 Acura. I have an Acura dealership a mile from my home, but I will drive across town to get the superior service at Courtesy Acura. Yes - its a car dealership Yes - its on the more expensive side Its all about value, if you want to take your car to whoever has a coupon or weekly special, then you should do that. If you want a location that ... Knows you when you walk in. Has years of experience servicing your specific make (Acura). Understands that your vehicle is your livelihood. Live in the South Metro. Then this is a great service department for you. Listen, its not always going to be roses, but they will make it right, just give them the opportunity. more

My husband and I both drive Acuras and we always take them to Courtesy Acura for service and oil changes. The staff is friendly and professional. As my car just passes the 50K mark we called to see what services were needed. I thought it would be a lot more than what they said - I am so appreciative for their honesty. Thanks to Sandy for pulling up our records and giving us an accurate quote over the phone. more

I worked with Rick and found a great car. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone made us feel at home. There was no pressure to buy a car. They were very considerate and allowed us to take our time. We spent the whole day there and by the end it felt like we had made some new friends. I would highly recommend this dealer to others. We bought a used Honda so don't worry about having to buy just and Acura. They have many different models. more

I tired of the poor service @ Planet Honda and called Courtesy Acura. Lorenzo Sanchez answered the phone and I was surprised by his pleasant approach. Took my car in and was very pleased with the professional treatment by everyone. The service was very prompt and I definitely will take my Acura in to Courtesy Acura from now on. A great no pressure, no stress experience! We just purchased a 2010 Certified RDX from Kerry Walton at Courtesy Acura and we couldn't be happier. We had been looking at many comparable vehicles and we were very up front that we were weighing our options. I purchased a certified pre-owned TSX 1/22/2012

I purchased a certified pre-owned TSX at Courtesy this weekend. After browsing the website and clicking on the link to get more info about the vehicle I selected, Internet Manager, Sean Wardrope, contacted me immediately. We were able to schedule a viewing and test drive the next day and the entire process went very smoothly. Sean was extremely courteous and professional. He was honest and very easy to work with. After meeting Sean I did not feel the least bit intimidated with the process as I was apprehensive of the stereotypical ""used car salesman."" Sean and the rest of the Courtesy staff were far from this stereotype. I would without hesitation recommend Sean and Courtesy to anyone looking for a no-hassle car shopping experience! more
