Countryside Florist

Ordered an arrangement based off of their website and I received something that looked absolutely nothing like it. I was extremely upset and completely embarrassed to give this to the senior director of my company. I felt like I would've insulted her. When I called to voice my opinion, I was requested to write correspondence to the manager via email and I obviously didn't receive a response back. This florist shop comes highly NOT RECOMMENDED.\r \r *Please reference photo attached, what I THOUGHT I was buying was the photo on the left ... what I ended up picking up was on the right and the base was a black circle looking pan.\r \r Ever since then, I've been very weary of ordering from local florists because of my experience here, by far the worst. more

When reading reviews, one must keep in mind that mostly dissatisfied customers look for an outlet to complain. When I was looking for Countryside's website I was astonished to see such terrible reviews. You have to keep in mind that there are only two. These are completely inaccurate. I've been going to Countryside Florist since it was taken over by it's new owner Julia and she has always given me fantastic customer service. Every year I buy a few arrangements ranging from Mother's Day to Christmas. I have recommended her to all my friends and every single one of them have been completely satisfied by the excellent quality of not only the arrangements but also her excellent customer service. Support a wonderful, local business! more

For the last two years, the birthday bouquets that my kids have sent have come from Countryside Florist, and I would not recommend them. Last year the flowers arrived looking very old, so I called to complain. They sent over another bouquet, but it was only marginally better than the first one. This year's bouquet was again make up of flowers that should have been tossed and I can't wait to throw it out. I'm going to have to tell my kids to make sure that Countryside doesn't supply next year's birthday bouquet! more
