After being a customer there for sevral years with multiple pets ranging from 5 dogs, 2 cats and 2 horses I was happy through all the routine needs of my pets, even having to put 2 dogs to sleep when they were 16 y.o....but this week one of my dogs had a serious, life threating illness and when I turned to what I thought was a long time trusted partner in the health of my pets, I had 3 days of rudness, misinformation, conflicting information and out and out lies.
at an upsetting stressful time, I couldn't get a straight or consistant anawer and when I tried to discuss my customer service concerns with the staff. I was given attitude, eye rolls, and they even went so far as to lie about what they had told my husband as to place the blame on him so I would be mad at him instead of them! UNBELEIVEABLE!
3 days and $345 later my dog is no better, and I know less about what's going on with her than I did before I called them because of all the conflicting information and out & out lies....but after giving them my last dime, I can't even try taking her to another vet. Im left with attempting to nurse her back to health myself! I never thought anyone could be so uncaring!
