Will S. special ordered several charms from us, this one charm he decided he didn't want after six months, however we (Countryman's Village Jewelers) completely refunded him his money. Sadly we couldn't make this customer happy however we would love to try and work to make you happy and will do all we can to give you excellent customer service. more

I ordered and paid for a 14k gold ""Rembrandt Charm"" to give to my mother. (Rembrandt Charms"" are a reputable brand and cost almost twice as much as other charms.) My mother hesitantly informed me that the gift I had given her was not an authentic Rembrandt Charm as I thought it to be. All of her charms were trademark stamped ""RQC""...this one was not. I took the charm back to Countryman's Village Jewelers and showed them that the charm they had sold me had ""14kt"" written on the bottom and was not stamped ""RQC"". They said that not all Rembrandt charms are trademark stamped. I contacted Rembrandt Charms and the rep confirmed that all of their charms are trademarked stamped ""RQC"". You can ""Google"" the trademark info as well. I asked Countryman's Village Jewelers to exchange the charm for the authentic one I had ordered and paid for. They said there would be a 15% restocking fee plus the price of gold had gone up and I would be responsible for the difference, too. more

In my experience Countrymans has gone above and beyond the norm to ensure my customer satisfaction. They are prompt and very trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone.
