While this community is a very nice idea, they have missed just a little. They rule their little community with iron fist, using scare tactics to keep their senior citizen population in check. The tenants like living there as they feel secure in the gated community but there are too many iron clad rules. Tenants must pay to have trees trimmed around their homes. Trees belong to landlord, not tenants. Tenants can't have too much company and too much is judged by landlords and they have even gone so far as to tell grandparents that their grandchildren must conform to a certain look and dress code to be outdoors because they are classy people and don't want their community to look trashy. Lawns must be maintained and kept green and beautiful but tenants must not use too much water to do so. The tenants must own their mobile homes and pay rent on their plot it sits on, however at any given time landlords think they have the right to tell tenants what they can and can't do inside the walls of their own homes. Rules are being written daily so it is hard to keep up. Just don't take this place at face value, do your own research and read the rental agreement carefully.
Pros: Gated, nice looking community
Cons: Very stringent about rules and continuing to change rental agreements according to landlords personal needs and opinions
