My rib eye steak was goo. At first I thought it had been undercooked, but when lifted with a fork the steak would stretch under its own weight. For $18, you would expect something edible. I am not quite sure what you have to due to a steak to get it to this texture. I ate two bites and then turned to the potato, which was dried out.
