Blown fuse-left rear tail light 10/27/2013

I was referred to Brian @ Cottin's Auto from Jim @ Auto Zone, he said he was the best and he was absolutely right!! He fixed my tail light within 10-20 minutes...unbelievable...I will never go back to those big chain automotive places anymore who think they can take advantage of women (shame on them)...Cottin's Automotive has got my business from now on....Thanks y'all more

HONESTY 8/13/2013

I took my car to Cottin's Auto for a check-up. Brain, the owner told me I neede a to replace a part. He tpold me to go to Toyota and tell them the part is under warranty. He told me if they said it is not tell them it is under the manufacturers warranty. Sure enough it was. Brian could have charged me for this part, but he did not. I trust him full heartily and would recommend him to everyone. P.S. he always has a smile on his face. more
