My father lived at the Cottages from January 2012 to May 2012 when he passed away. He declined quickly from cancer. I have nothing but positive things to say about the Cottages. My father was unable to live home alone, so we moved him into the assisted living portion. I would visit every day, and I never saw anything untowards. He was always clean, shaved, happy and well fed, his room and the cottage areas were clean, smelling nice. The staff worked with all my needs and requests. After a few months he needed more care, so he was moved within the Cottages to the transitional memory care (he had dementia like symptoms from brain cancer). So helpful not to have to move him to a whole other facility! Eventually he went on hospice care and passed away. I wish we had moved him in sooner, so he wouldn't have been home alone watching TV so much. I highly recommend this facility and their staff.
