My husband ordered food Friday nite, June 7th, about 945pm. He ordered through grub hub. He called after the delivery time, and mgr said it was a mix up amd order would be delivers in 15 minutes. I called after 15 minutes had passed and mgr stated order was in route and that because it had been a 2 hr wait, we would receive a $5 gift card. Our food was delivered and no gift card. I called back, and the mgr stated he would make sure it would be applied on our next order. So, we had to wait 2 hours for our food to be delivered, paid full price, and rec'd absolutely no type of compensation. And the only thing mgmnt was going to do to was give us a $5 gift card, and then he didn't even do that. If he didn't do that, why would we believe that on our next order it would be applied? You can keep the $5 gift card. We just won't order from this Cottage Inn again. My husband's name is Matthew Coats, and I'm Kina.
