After weeks of collecting receipts and related information Cost Plus, Eric Hardin, has told us that Cost Plus is;
- ""just a middleman"",
- ""has no liability"", and
- ""will see no such agreement from Cost Plus regarding any settlement or refund for products purchased"".
Their web site says;
""We are dedicated to our customers success through our superior customer service.""
There a lots of places to buy electrical products... Cost Plus is no longer on my list.
Cons: Customer services = liability evasion.
