Worst

I was told by the company and the technician that. they could get the pet stains out with the pet treatment. I would not recommend or ever use them again.

I can't imagine a better experience after using cosmopolitan carpet cleaning. My rugs came back spotless and fresh. I also had them clean my tile with the same excellent result. more

Excellent Job 11/1/2018

Looking for a company that would "wash" my hand hooked rug and found Cosmopolitan. They picked it up and delivered it on schedule. Was worried that the 'red' color wool in it would run, but it was returned just perfectly cleaned! more

This company is great. From the techs to the office staff and even the owner comes out and does work. They are always there on time and even before time. They are just one of the best carpet companies I have ever worked with and I've been working with carpet people since 1980! Cosmopolitan simply ROCKS! more

Responsive and helpful 10/22/2018

My carpet and tile were cleaned very well and they even got candle wax out of the carpet. The owner of the company is very responsive and operates his company with integrity. He made it right when I called with a concern and came back out right away. This was important since the house was going up for sale in a matter of days. Thank you to Sergio and Dennis for a job Well Done. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently and speedily, removing our carpet and padding, which was completely soaked from the recent rains. They also removed standing water and disinfected the area. We thank them for the good service and will definitely use Cosmopolitan again. Awesome staff, awesome service 8/2/2018

This is the third time we have used Cosmopolitan, all three times were perfect. Ghazi is a friendly, happy technician who loves what he does and is out to please the customer. Rachel and Karen were also friendly and did everything I requested accurately and professionally. I will continue to call them every time. Love that Sergio! This is the third time he has cleaned our stained carpets and he is excellent. We keep using Cosmopolitan because of their excellent service that is true to their word and promise. Sergio has been with the company for almost a dozen years and loves the company. He says their is very little turnover with the employees. He is fast, efficient and very personable.   • We, the owners are very involved in day to day operations. We started out as a carpet cleaner in the early 1980's. I still actively continue to learn new things, keep up with the latest technology in floor care & know the best products to use for each type of floor care. Cosmopolitan is a true professional company with longevity and prosperity. We pride ourselves on the fact that we do not work out of our house, as most carpet cleaners do! We own a building where we have an in-plant rug cleaning facility and where you can drop off your rugs to be cleaned. Our technicians report to work here and keep the vans here, where we also have a disposal facility for the dirty water from cleaning. I have talked to many carpet cleaners and asked the question where you dump and most often the answer is wherever!
    We provide a quality service and to do the right thing, we don't claim to be perfect but strive to be!
