Ten years later, and the bad feelings still haven't gone away. I have met many people since who agree, Dana is a dishonest business man, who takes advantage of the trust he initially earns from you by being another person. Absolutely will not commit in writing to what he is going to charge for a job, but will give you a lowball verbal to suck you in. He did this to two others I know of who will also never go back. On top of that, the paint work did not match on a two year old car, and he claimed the whole car should have been painted. No way ! His paint was flat and lifeless.
Three year later, after I couldn't stand it anymore, I had it redone in the exact same places, (not the whole car), PERFECT MATCH STILL TO THIS DAY with the original portions of the car, and for 2/3rds the price Dana charged. Dana is not a stable personality in my opinion, and I would stay away from him at all costs. This is from a businessman who does not normally criticize other businessmen, as it is not normally my style.
