I agree with other reviews, the customer service is atrocious. I called to pay a bill on multiple occasions and tried to use the option for them to call me back when a CSR became available because there was a long wait. I only chose this option after nearly running my cell phone battery dead being on hold for almost 3 hours. I chose this option on a Tuesday. After 3 more days of sitting on hold until I could no longer do so, the weekend came and I forgot about the Tuesday choice of having a CSR call me back. The next week came and I called again on Monday to no avail. The next day I got a phone call from Cornerstone that there was now a customer service representative available. 7 days later. 7 days after I chose to be put on virtual hold I got a call back. \r Now I am trying to return the device we rented and it is by appointment only, which they did not tell us when we rented the piece of equipment. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks now. So now I have another 2 weeks of rental time to pay for because they do not answer their phones. At this point I am so angry I am going to leave the device at the office door and let them drag me to court if they want any money for the wasted time or if the device gets stolen. \r This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. And I had to drag a photographer to court twice to get a refund when he didn't show up to take pictures when scheduled. more

The customer service with this company needs to be reviewed by the owner. I try to take into consideration that I use to manage and run a customer service department with a busy company, so I try to allow for errors. I had an appointment to have oxygen delivered on Wednesday. On Monday the weather station started calling for snow and ice, living down a long gravel drive I put a call into Cornerstone to see about the possibility of an earlier delivery as I only had 1 hour of oxygen left in the tank, if we lost power I would have nothing. I called Cornerstone and spoke with only one of their rude employees, Pam. After explaining my situation, I also informed Pam that if we were to get the ice no one without 4 wheel drive would be able to get down the drive. I was told by Pam that my delivery day is on Wednesday, they do not change that because I anticipate snow or ice. Pam then wanted to inform me that she didn't come up with the next statement but was told to let customers know that ""we are not responsible for any injuries or problems if they were unable to make a delivery."" I tried to explain to her that I had no intentions of holding anyone liable but needed some help. Rules are rules I was told. The ice and snow came and I am thankful I did not lose electric but because of the ice they were unable to deliver to my home, my husband had to have William, who was very polite met him at his job. I was sent 6 tanks that last 1and 1/2 hours each, these were suppose to last me till my next delivery date, how much can you achieve in such a short time. Maybe it would be a benefit to this company to teach a class on customer service! As I said to Pam I will find another company that handles my medical needs, and I have. \r My business is not important to Cornerstone and for that I am sorry! I will continue telling my story to people I meet. more

Don't rely on this place 2/1/2012

I called them and they said ""someone is doing it now"". Well, I gave them three hours to complete this request (plus the previous 7 days) and they still HAVE NOT sent the fax. Again, this service is inexcusable. Don't put yourself or your loved ones in the hands of these ""JACK-WAGONS"". \r Oh, and they are VERY CONFRONTATIONAL on the phone when you try to deal with them.\r \r Wow...we moved my parents to this area and they needed oxygen supplies. We tried using this place for 3 months and nothing but problems. Attitudes from all the staff members and mix ups in supply shipments some never came. I do not recommend this place. More trouble than its worth. more
