The customer service with this company needs to be reviewed by the owner. I try to take into consideration that I use to manage and run a customer service department with a busy company, so I try to allow for errors. I had an appointment to have oxygen delivered on Wednesday. On Monday the weather station started calling for snow and ice, living down a long gravel drive I put a call into Cornerstone to see about the possibility of an earlier delivery as I only had 1 hour of oxygen left in the tank, if we lost power I would have nothing. I called Cornerstone and spoke with only one of their rude employees, Pam. After explaining my situation, I also informed Pam that if we were to get the ice no one without 4 wheel drive would be able to get down the drive. I was told by Pam that my delivery day is on Wednesday, they do not change that because I anticipate snow or ice. Pam then wanted to inform me that she didn't come up with the next statement but was told to let customers know that ""we are not responsible for any injuries or problems if they were unable to make a delivery."" I tried to explain to her that I had no intentions of holding anyone liable but needed some help. Rules are rules I was told. The ice and snow came and I am thankful I did not lose electric but because of the ice they were unable to deliver to my home, my husband had to have William, who was very polite met him at his job. I was sent 6 tanks that last 1and 1/2 hours each, these were suppose to last me till my next delivery date, how much can you achieve in such a short time. Maybe it would be a benefit to this company to teach a class on customer service! As I said to Pam I will find another company that handles my medical needs, and I have. \r
My business is not important to Cornerstone and for that I am sorry! I will continue telling my story to people I meet.
