The upstairs is basically bar food/atmopshere, especially having added TV's ouside of the lounge area. The downstairs is more formal, and is definitely a ""carnivors delight."" It would be nice to see some other items on the appetizer list other than fried food and nachos...for example: calamari, brushetta, or brie. Fried chicken fingers, fried cheese sticks, fried califlower and fried mushrooms, oy, there goes my blood pressure! Still, compared to other restaurants in Knoxville, this IS upscale dining (downstairs at least).
