Fun, but not a great cut 4/18/2006

My boys love going to Cool Cuts because of the games, movies and train table. However, we've never had a stylist there who is able to cut my oldest son's unruly hair. They are usually inexperienced stylists who don't stay at the salon long. At $13 for a kids haircut, I expect a little more. The shop is fun and the kids do enjoy going there, so if you have a child who is anxious about having a haircut, it's a good place to go. If you're looking for a really great kid's haircut, spend your money somewhere else. more

entertaining hair cut 3/29/2006

My boys happen to sit well for cuts....but here, who wouldn't?! You can sit in a seat that's car and watch a movie while they cut your hair! My 6 year old prefers to sit in their regular chairs and play video games. The staff has always been very patient and understanding as they are dealing with children. While I'm waiting, I can sit with my youngest and watch a video or have him play with the train set. I usually have to pull my boys away from the video games when I'm trying to leave! more
