Conway Cycle Shop

I first went to this shop as a kid in 1978. The same owner still greets me by name even after not seeing him in over 10 years. I got the best deal on tires, and I shop around a lot! I'll be taking my bike's engine in for a top-end overhaul, and I'm sure he'll do just as good a job for me now as back in '78 when I was just 14 years old. This shop has earned my loyalty! more

I had just bought a new Ninja 250R that the previous owner had let sit for two years, and it would not start or idle without the choke on all the way. They got it in on a Wednesday or Thursday, and it was ready to be picked up Saturday, even though they estimated it would be the beginning of the next week before someone could get to it. They estimated $200-250 for parts and labor, and it came out to be just under $200. They did put like 2 or 3 miles on it test driving it after the repair, but I don't really mind that just thought I should mention it. They made sure they fixed the problem is the point. I knew the guy that worked on it from high school, so that might've had something to do with the good service. I think these other negative reviews are old because their estimate was spot on and they were fast and courteous. Would definitely use them again. (Took a star off because they did put a couple miles on the bike when probably only half a mile would've sufficed for testing. Would've rated 4.5 stars if possible.) the most affordable parts anyone could ask for, the quickest service, they are willing to tackle jobs that other shops are afraid of. everyone there is the best at what they do, stuart has been there for at least 10 years and is very gifted with older bikes, mark has owned the shop for at least 30 years that i know of, and is one of the best company managers i have ever met, michael is young and energetic, I would bet he may be one of the most giftet and talented techs in central arkansas, it just seems like he has an answere for any question any customer may have. this is one of the best business teems i have ever encountered in my 62 years of life. the owner is very rude and told me one price then charged me another. watch your invoice. it also took forever to get my bike back. one of there workers was caught owning a bike chop shop Pros: overcharging more

Stewart, Renae and the crew are friendly, helpful people that could have charged us much more than they did. Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Cons: none more

Please double check the any estimated with the origanal dealer before agreeing to have service done with this company. more

Owner will tell you one thing on the phone then its differant after repairs done.be very careful doing business with this company...watch labor prices more
