We signed up originally years ago. I paid every 13 months (one month free). At some point, I wasn't getting billed at all. Turns out they had just dropped our service but with no bill/no contact.
So we had them reinstate us. Three weeks after contracts were signed, I still had not received a call setting up an installation date. When they did set us up, the installer told us he could not add another panel, as was what we'd thought we were getting. When I emailed the sales rep asking how we could get a third panel, I got no reply.
I received a bill in the mail, even though on the contract we'd written our credit card info for monthly automated withdrawals. The billing contact said she would go back to the papers and if there were any issues she would contact me. It's been almost three months since installation and I have still seen no charge for the service, so I sent an email to the billing person.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I should be happy to get some free service, but frankly, I can't tell if I'm getting service or not.
I'm considering switching service though that's a pain too since it will likely require a new system, but I'm not happy.
