At first they seemed reasonable, until my business cards came out really uneven. (business cards are supposed to be uniform, right?)\r
When I asked them to correct the uneven ones, they refused. Some of the cards were simply unusable. They still insisted I am being unreasonable because ""it was not as bad"" as I say. At this point, it was pretty obvious to me that they too saw how uneven the cards were. Did they offer to correct it??? To my suprise, NO! They even went as far as asking another customer at the store if the cards are in deed not uniform. And what do you know!! the other customer said to the store people ""You know, if your customers are telling you they are not satisfied, you should listen to them. "" Did these people really need to be told that??? \r
They obviously don't have a clue about making a customer happy. And on top of that, I am suprised at them for not having the ability to handle a small problem like this-so definitely use someone else more professional. I will not be using them ever again.
Pros: Do not believe they can possibly make a mistake!
