Owned a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT and loved the vehicle. It's a fact that turbo engines need more service and I have used both Continental and A&A. The labor prices are about the same but the quality of parts are quite different and so is the training. I'll keep coming back to Continental cause I get a square deal every time plus wifi when I want to wait and shuttle service when I don't.\r more

I have had an electrical problem (car battery dead 3 times in the first 6 months I owned it). They diagnosed that I was not closing the rear hatch properly (a HUGE problem I have with the way this is designed - another story) even with no door open lights on, but.....now I slam the sucker shut and have had no problems (until the day I wear out the hinges - not the dealership's fault though so can't hit them on this). They did not charge me for the diagnosis, that has impressed me a lot.\r more

I was happy to discover COSTCO Auto Program recently added Continental Motor Co in Anchorage, AK and they sent me an email to announce a special Subaru promotion. This made my deal a lot better than that normally offered. We cut through the added dealer markup (some $1900) on top of the MSRP. COSTCO prices basically at invoice plus $500 plus some other incentives made my new 2012 Subaru Forester more affordable. We had some hang ups in financing but did get a promo loan at 0.9 percent. They would not let us go until we could drive our new car home and after about six hours I was tired and wished I could have completed the deal the next day. All in a positive new car buying experience. This is the 3rd new car I have bought from Continental Motors, so they must be doing some things right.\r more

Got a new Forester 2.5 Premium for a decent price after working with them for 3 months. As a 35 year Anchorage resident I had always been of the opinion they were difficult to deal with - pleasantly surprised that the process was better than I expected (I really did not expect to buy a Subaru - I am a Jeep person, but Lithia jeep lied too many times so went looking for alternatives. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is the lack of the delivery process being done well.\r more

I recently bought a new Subaru Impreza from Continental Subaru in Anchorage. Overall the experience was good and the salesman, Tony, was very helpful. The car was on order, and he was good at keeping me updated on when it was going to arrive in state and answering my questions throughout the test drive and purchasing process. As is the norm with Subs in Alaska, the price wasn't fantastic, but after doing quite a bit of price comparison between buying in Anchorage versus buying in WA/ID and shipping the car up buying in Anchorage was only slight more expensive and much more convenient.\r more

Service people are courteous and professional, and the shuttle driver competent. Turnaround time to get tires changed over usually half day. Drop off the car at 7AM and get a lift to work at 7.30, not too bad.\r more

My Spouse bought a Honda but I bought a Subie, and I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with the process. Laura was my Subaru Saleswoman and she knew everything about the vehicle and talked me into the sale. I always wanted a Subie but never thought I could afford one. They made it happen and it was a smooth process. I was in and out within 4 hours.\r more

The service is excellent from the moment I make the phone call to schedule the appointment. They have a great system that gets customers in and out of the service department. If not, there is a shuttle that does a drop off and pick up. Everything is explained very well with patience and never in a condescending manner. I would also like to recognize all of the ""behind the scenes"" employees (i.e.: mechanics) who are actually the reason the system works so well. They are quick and competent! Thank you Continental Motors . . this is my first Subaru and I love it!\r more

Recently we took our Tribeca in for work on the struts. Due to some unseen problems with corrosion, they were not able to complete the work by the end of the day, so we were offered a loaner car until the work was completed the next day. When I went to pay the bill I asked if they had a senior discount and was given one. The shuttle service offered by Continental is very efficient. I was home in less than an hour from the time I dropped off our vehicle. This is just one of many good experiences we have had with Continental's service department.\r more

We have owned Subarus for over 40 years, always purchased from Continental Motors and serviced there as well. Jake Engstrom has been one of the service writers for as long as I can remember and we always try to go to him when we need work done. He is very knowledgeable and patient.\r more

Looked at a Subaru back in September 2012, but was still considering my options (Mazda3, Civic, Fiesta, Focus, Jetta, Prius). After all was said and done, I was back at Continental Subaru with the Subaru Impreza that I fit in without hitting my head on the headliner with every bump, got good mileage (> 33 mpg) and the price was right. Thanks to a auto buying program with a big box warehouse (sounds similar to Must Go), I finally decided on a Sport Premium Impreza 5 dr. hatchback without a sunroof at an honest price without any added dealer markup that is added on as SOP here in Anchorage, AK. Purchasing the car was a breeze and I paid all cash with no additional dealer packages/options being offered to me since I told them I was not interested in them\r more

After several times of bringing my car here, the issue has been fixed. I worked with Kim and Edgar to solve the problem and my dissatisfaction with prior service. Thank you for caring enough to personalize your service. I will continue to bring my car here because of today's generosity.\r more

My mom ended up going into Continental to buy one of the new Suzuki's and because I referred her, Continental made my car payment for me! So far, based on referrals, I've made $600! Not too bad eh?\r more
