I purchased my furniture in February from Thomasville. I was told it would take 6 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. It took 4 months. I signed an invoice and a week later, I received another invoice in the mail stating that I needed to pay more. I called my sales person and she lied to me about the reasons for paying more. Finally she admitted she had made a mistake. My sales person resigned during those four months and nobody offered to help me with the status of my order. I asked for the manager and he begrudgingly assisted me. When my furniture finally arrived at the warehouse it sat there for 2 weeks before delivery. When it was delivered to my home it was damaged. With multiple calls to the owner and manager it took until November for the damaged items to be replaced. I will never shop at Thomasville/Continental Furniture again. The customer service is terrible! They just don't care once you've made your purchase. The furniture is beautiful but with the trouble and lack of customer service I recommend you go elsewhere.
