This summer we remodeled our guest house to turn it into a nice rental. The last thing we came to buy was the new carpet. We liked the selection they has and gave us good tips on how to maximize the value of the guest house without spending too much. in the end we chose a very nice vinyl tile flooring that looked like hardwood. The vinyl tile was not like sheeted vinyl. It much much more durable and its almost looks like the real thing. Its easy for us to maintain, and the new tenant likes it very much. I liked Contempo because when they helped me choose the right floor, they cared very much to get me the best product for my needs, and that's very hard to come by these days. more

Best Los Angeles Flooring 6/20/2009

Contempo has the best green flooring options in Los Angeles. I was redoing my kitchen and was going to get Marmoleum. They showed me cork, ceramic tiles, hardwood, and so many other neat flooring materials that I never new about. I found to most amazing colored cork flooring for my kitchen, and used the Marmoleum for the laundry room. I highly recommend these guys. Good products, good pricing, and excellent service. 2 Thumbs Up !! more
