After Best Buy told me they wanted $120 to answer what I thought was a few simple questions about my new Mac, I went to Connecting Point.
THIS WAS THE BEST COMPUTER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!
Not only did they know WAAAY more about Macs (and tech stuff in general) than Best Buy,... but they actually seemed GLAD to help me.
Instead of having to spend my $100 on support, I spent $150 and bought a copy of iWork and a new game!
I now go to Connecting Point whenever I have a question regarding ANYTHING technical. Although they are not open on the weekends, I still wait and flat out refuse to deal with anyone else.
The staff there is the smartest and friendliest group of techies I have ever dealt with. There is no other computer store like it!
A DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION!
