Besides showing its age, this club has questionable ethics and definitely poor service. I canceled in Feb by email and credit card (which I gave over the phone). Andre in Accounting took my # and I assumed all was good until I got a collector notice this week. When I called the club, Andre said the cc # was bad and he could not reach me on my cell. Of course, membership had no problems reaching me on my cell multiple times a week when they wanted me to join, and he did not bother sending me an email or writing a letter to my house. When I gave him the cc # again, he again wrote it down wrong. This guy is unbelievably useless. I have asked for a confirmation of my payment, and who knows if I will get that. The only good thing is Amex will take care of me when the club screws up.
Pros: Location, parking, 2 pools
Cons: Cost, service, attitude, old facilities
