Talked to the owner about my 1-5 appointment at 515 he said he driver was in Erie.... But I should have called earlier for a eta for better service. Worse service and the bigges...

Like many people, while driving on the highway, a truck in front of me kicked up rocks that damaged my windshield. I took it to Complete, and they got it all fixed up and new. more

Alex was super helpful. We talked over the phone and he's the one who gave me the quote. One of our company workvans needed a window replaced. I appreciated the fact that they were mindful to be as quick and accommodating as possible. The customer service is great and they know what they're doing. So, yeah! They definitely deserve my recommendation. more

With all the sensitive electronics in high-end cars these days, you got to be careful with who you choose to work on your car. My Audi dealership recommended Complete, so I knew I could trust them to replace the windshield for me. And they did a perfect job with my windshield. more

From the person I spoke with on the phone, to the representative who replaced my windshield, everyone there always works as a team. And I've actually had a couple of windshields replace here, they always do excellent work. And that's why I always return. more

I remember having over 20 cars when a hailstorm hit and they all needed windshield replacements...complete auto glass did fine work and I'm glad I found them. I would use them again if I had the need to. more

complete had the best price for the quality i was looking for. i was happy with how accommodating they were as well. they were able to do the job while i was at work so i wouldn't have to take time of...that's good service to me. and everything was finished within 2 hours. more

I went with Complete Auto Glass to get some window tinting done...what I didn't realize, was that there are so many options when it comes to tinting and I didn't know where to start. Thankfully, Rob helped me from the start. He went over all the options and benefits of the different tints that would work with my SUV. Rob really made the decision for me much easier. And I'm very happy with how it looks and how much cooler the temperature is inside my vehicle. more

My windows were messed up by the previous owner of the car. I got a great deal with Complete Auto Glass and the job they did was great. They also worked on my shattered back window and everything was done in a very timely manner. Not only did I get my car back the next day, but the work they did for me was perfect and I'm satisfied with their fast and efficient services. more

Great service, Good work, Fast and Great Prices! 6/28/2016

After shopping all the options in my area, I decided to go with these guys after emails with Tony. I tried calling a few companies, but the calls can take a lot of time and can get aggravating navigating through menus. I got a detailed email response within an hour of making a request for a quote. One other shop wrote me back 8 hours later with a quote 40% higher. One other sent me a spam sales email asking me to call them. None of the others have yet bothered responding and I already have a new windshield. About that - the 2 guys that showed up worked quickly, were friendly & seemed to know what they were doing, and left me with a much better seal than was on there before and a new windshield that looks like OEM. I had a few questions which were answered beyond my satisfaction. Good experience here. Thanks for that guys! more
