I called and requested services for my father. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude, and wouldn't even quote me a price.I specifically said my father wanted another man to give hime rides to the store and back, and play chess and watch TV with him. The WOMAN who arrived barely spoke english, and fell asleep in my dads recliner! I called to complain, and was told I could not request a specific gender, and that not all of their employees spoke english. WOW was I surprised. Spoke to a supervior named ""Mary"" and she said that I had no choice in my fathers companion, take it or leave it with whoever showed up at the door. This seemed ridiculous to me, so i called back an hour later and was once again transferred to this supervisor who told me not to call back if i didn't like who they were sending to watch my father, this is the worst company I have EVER dealt with, save yourself a huge headache. more

I want to express my deep appreciation to your organization for providing my mother with the most caring and thoughtful companion. She has profoundly changed my mother?s life and mine as well. I know that when I am away she will be there to make sure she will get everything needed to make her comfortable and safe. more
