2012 Honda Pilot EX-L, Dark Cherry Pearl This is my 3rd new car purchase at Commonwealth Honda and there are plenty of reasons why it won't be the last. This is truly a no pressure environment loaded with knowledgeable salespeople of all the Honda products. It's a family run business and that shows in everything they do. The owners are hands-on. But let's face it, what matters the most is that we all want a great deal when buying a new car and while I've tested many of the other dealers every time I've purchased a new Honda, Commonwealth always has the best price. Don't waste your time at the big multi-location dealerships. I like Commonwealth's slogan "Shop Us Last" but if you want to save time and moeny, I'd change the slogan to "Shop Them First and Only" more

We recently bought our Honda CRV at Commonwealth Motors back in October 2011 and this was the first time we brought the car in for routine maintenance and we were thouroughly impressed! Both my husband and I work during the week so their Saturday hours are key and we were in and out in a flash. The free coffee, cookies, and movie that plays on their large plasma tv while you are waiting is a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this dealership for sales and service. more

My wife and I returned to Commonwealth Honda for our second lease. Commonwealth Motors provided a great deal for us. In our first experience 3 years ago, we felt that a genuine attempt was made to build a friendly and trusting relationship with us. As returning customers they not only built on that foundation but were even more flexible with us. They received our previous Honda Civic lease early, forgave some dings in the car and provided a new 2012 Honda Civic lease with more technology and internal space for an affordable price. If you live in the general Lawrence area and are looking for a Honda, our experience was that you will not only find a good deal with less sales pressure but also build for a good future relationship. I bought a new car from Commonwealth Honda recently. The reason I bought from them was the high volume of positive reviews they received on several websites which probably derives from the fact that Commonwealth Honda pays $50 dollars for positive reviews received from their customers. After I bought the car the salesmen gave me a pink card with all the web sites I should go to post a review and for positive reviews I would get $50 dollars. I decided to waive the $50 and let you all know about my real experience with Commonwealth Honda: My experience dealing with Commonwealth Honda was similar to a root canal. The salesmen as well as the general sales manager treated me like nuisance reminding me that they were not making any money from the model of Honda I was buying. They ripped me off on my trade-in (compared to Kelly BB and Edmund’s) and they gave me a hard time even on the color of the car. A few days after I bought the car a 6 inch crack appeared in the windshield of the car due to a manufacturing defect. I went back to Commonwealth Honda where I was met with hostility by the Commonwealth Honda service department representative who refused to replace the windshield. If you are looking for a root canal experience Commonwealth Honda is the place to go. I personally do not recommend this place to anyone. Honda is not what it used to be. more

I had a very positive experience with Commonwealth Honda on my recent purchase of a 2012 Honda CRV EX. Our sales person, Chris Drew, greeted us outside(even though it was very chilly that day) and was very easy going and informative. He was happy to show and explain to us every car from 2009 pre certified CRVs to the new 2012 and never pressured us into something we did not feel comfortable. The financing process took a little longer than we would have liked, but the end result was a great interest rate so it was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend Commonwealth Honda and salesperson Chris Drew. more

They have an excellent customer service and all my doubts or questions were answered. Above all the price was fair. I decided to by an new Odyssey and enjoying my van for 5months. The buying process was very easy and completed same day. I went to lot of other dealer before buying from them but found this dealer very customer friendly. I just got my car serviced today at Commonwealth Honda. They are excellent mechanics and have such nice employees. They even offer a shuttle service, they brought me all the way to the far end of lowell and even picked me up. The prices are very fair and I highly recommend going to Commonwealth Honda! more

I requested an oil change and tire rotate. The Service Advisor also honored the discounted oil change coupon that I had. Total service was less than 1 hour which was quicker than expected. I was extremely pleased with the dealership for it's cleanliness, ease of entry/departure and overall professionalism displayed by Ed Nunes. I use them for all of my service. Won't go anywhere else. They are always fast and friendly, prices are good, and I love the consistency. They are also very thorough in explaining everything, and I've never felt like they were just trying to sell more services that I didn't need. I bought my car from commonwealth honda three years ago. Since then its running great. more

I came in last week for a Honda Accord lease deal they had posted online. I called ahead and talked to Paula, she was very helpful answering my questions. Then once I came in they had sold all of the Accords the day before but helped me find a new Civic EX that was actually a better fit. Ended up spending a little bit more but loving the new features and definitely made the right choice. Gary was very helpful and worked hard to make sure I was happy. The plus to the lease, too, was that they returned my old plates, got the new ones, did the inspection, taxes, etc. Saved me some hassle and got me in a nice, new safe car, right away. I would definitely recommend them. more

I bought my car here just over a year ago. I use them for all of my service. Won't go anywhere else. They are always fast and friendly, prices are good, and I love the consistency. They know me and my car and keep a complete history. As soon as I pull in they know who I am and know the history on my car. They are also very thorough in explaining everything, and I've never felt like they were just trying to sell more services that I didn't need. Oh yeah, and they've always got good movies playing in the waiting room! :) more
