Excellent source. No money blown on leads you don't speak to or who sign with other lender. The bundle we bought also got us inbound CRE loan requests from their directory. Never ...

I had to write something because we've been burned so many times by lead provides I thought I owed these guys to let others know we found a lead co that actually delivers. \r \r We've closed 3 so far (2 CRE Loans and 1 Commercial Mod). Good customer service. No fighting with anyone to return leads you can't contact or get their loan somewhere else. They're the only company that allows returns for those reasons which is why we bought. Figured at least we wouldn't waste money on non-contacts and borrowers who already had a loan. \r \r Very pleased so far... more

I agree. They are much better than the internet lead providers for commercial I've used. Their leads are referred. \r \r I picked up contacts as well as deals from their system. Best marketing dollars I've spent so far on lead generation. more
