If I could leave 0 stars I would. For several months in a row stealth fees have been showing up on my account. $1 here, $2 there... apparently this bank thinks that if they assess their customers small amounts at a time noone will take the time to stop it... and that's the real problem, the time it takes to find out what the stealth fee is for and then the time it takes to get past the indifference and obstructionist policies that customer disservice operates by. There was a time when I could and did recommend this bank to friends and family, no longer, The lack of transparency. the indifference and obstructive practices of the customer disservice representatives, and the apparent adherence to policies that put the self interest of the bank before the interest of their customers make this a bank I have to recommend people stay away from.
