Comfort Inn & Suites Stone Mountain

I have been a returning customer since July 4th 2010. I have always seen this facility clean and fresh. There was a time time or two that the front desk took a minute or two to come to the front but what Hotel or Inn & Suites don’t? I use this hotel twice a week and never gotten a bad room, nor do I stay in the same room (keeps me from getting bored). I have recommended this location to my friends and they even called me to thank me. For the convenience in my travel and the rate I pay is worth my stay. I was there during the remodeling and like any other place going through their upgrade stage; things got a little dusty and out of place but the service remained the same. Like a butterfly out of a cocoon, they have done a beautiful job in remodeling. I do recommend This location for your stay away from home. Ahhh yes, I forgot, The Waffles are great too! more

We recently had the opportunity to take my nephew to his first Atlanta Braves baseball game. Since my husband and I had stayed at this hotel before, we decided to try it again. We were pleasantly surprised at the renovations and updates that had been made since we were there in 2012. We had a King room with pull out sleeper sofa on the first floor. Even though we were street side, traffic noise was minimal. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom as spotless, plenty of towels and toiletries. We did have the complimentary breakfast the next morning and it was all we needed. Waffles, bagels, cereal, eggs, sausage, and more. Plenty of coffee and juice. \r The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful The lady that checked us in told us if we had any questions about the area to just ask. \r I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Atlanta area, as you can be in downtown Atlanta in about 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again! more

Very clean, extra-nice staff, snacks available 24/7 and one of the most extensive breakfasts I have seen in a long time! Even the coffee is good! If that doesn't say it all, the rooms are very clean, upgraded and pleasant. All good. I will definitely stay there next year when I come to work at an event in Stone Mountain Park, just 1 mile away! \r Also, there is a Walmart & many restaurants close by, a waffle house just within walking distance and a Mexican restaurant also. more

The Comfort Inn and Suites in Stone Mountain GA is perfect. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, some great, some good, some HORRIBLE!! This hotel is a terrific bargain in an area that can get pretty expensive. The hotel is relatively new, fresh, clean and excellent in every way. The bedding is comfortable, choice of pillow softness (now it doesn't get any better than that!!!), large screen TVs in every room, fridge and microwave, first class accommodations. I usually stay at Marriott or Choice hotels and this is the reason why. You can count on clean, comfortable rooms and a pleasant experience. At least at Comfort Inn and above in the Choice Hotels chain. I can't vouch for Econolodge as I have had some BAD experiences with them., more

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, good price. Close to Stone Mountain. We will definitely stay here again for Atlanta fest or just a trip to Stone Mountain. more

This place has recently undergone a thorough renovation that is nice and up to date. The rooms are comfy, the free breakfast is good and has good variety, and the staff was extremely nice and courteous. It is conveniently located close to Stone Mountain Park, plenty of restaurants and shopping. more

I must say first the staff of the hotel are very frendly...and nice...specially the manager....very kind, and helpful ....breakfat is awesome....near to stone mountain....reasonable price....my kids enjoyed inside pool....overall the stay is awesome........we ( me & my kids ) wanted to thanks to manager ( mr. patel ) more

I had a great time with my wife and children. We enjoyed the inside pool and the customer service we got. We came to see Stone Mountain from Ohio. We stayed for a weekend getaway during the summer months. We will more than likely come back again when we get another break. more

Exellent value. Room spacious, quiet, and clean. Beds were just right for comfort. We slept like babies. The free hot breakfast was very welcome. Hotel was conveniently located near Stone Mountain Park, our purpose for staying in the area. The staff was absolutely friendly and courteous. The only problem we had was getting to and from the hotel from the main highway, but this was probably due to our unfamiliarity with the area. All in all, it was just right for us. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past five years of this area being in my work territory. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in for my last stay, and found the entire hotel had been renovated!! I love the updated look and the fact that my room smelled like a new hotel! The price was up a bit from my last stay, but well worth the improvements. . .and still a great deal. more

Our room was clean, kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only thing that I could complain about is the showerhead but it wasn't the worst but wasn't the greatest. We would be glad to stay at this hotel if we were ever in the area again. more

this hotel is great place to stay. there were twenty of us staying one night. The ladies behind the counter never even blinked or got uptight when we all piled in at the same time. They gave us great directions to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. They were nice and actually laughed with us when one of us did something crazy. Our rooms were clean, cool and smelled fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who ask. more

Good place. Comfy beds. Close to main road so wasn't sure about traffic noise but that was not a problem. Very close to Stone Mountain. Cannot comment about breakfast buffet because did not eat, had other arrangements for breakfast. more

My fiancée and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions and directions for dining and shopping. We enjoyed the indoor pool. We would have liked a little more variety at breakfast, but it was kept hot and full and overall was very good.\r \r The room was nice sized and very comfortable. We enjoyed returning to our room in the evenings.\r Axay (gm) and his staff made our stay extremely enjoyable and we will return if we have the opportunity. more
