Comfort Inn Binghamton I-81

I regularly travel through Binghamton and have stayed at this hotel several times. They know me when I walk in and treat me like family, from the clerks at the desk to the women that make breakfast. The hotel is always clean. I like the free phone calls because I don't like being nickle and dimed to death when I check out. more

We think this was the best Comfort Inn we've ever stayed in and the best bed and pillows in any hotel. The hotel was attractive and well designed. The breakfast and the breakfast staff exceeded expetations. There are several restaurants in the immediate area. more

I've been staying at this motel for years, and find it to be a good motel at a decent price, It's right off I-81 making it convenient for travelers. There seems to have been a change of management a couple years ago, and the rooms have undergone a serious upgrade during that time. This use to be the Days Inn but is now branded as a Comfort Inn. The continental breakfast is pretty basic, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want something more substantial. more

I recently had a business stay in Binghamton and chose the Comfort Inn on Front St. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was also very helpful and courteous. In the mornings they provide a small breakfast spread in the lobby and they have a bunch of regional newspapers laid out. I will stay there again on my next trip to Binghamton. more

Very clean, comfortable, up to date rooms. My daughter said the shower was the "best ever". The motel was full and yet the rooms were quiet - even though we were on the same wing and floor as a boys lacrosse team. Both the late evening and early morning staff was very friendly and accommodating to the extent that I was motivated to write this review (my fist ever!). The continental breakfast was adequate and there is a Cracker Barrel nearby if something more than cereal, bagels, & muffins are required. more

The hotel staff was very nice, and located in a nice part of town. The sheets were comfortable and soft, and the room clean. more

Sheets smelled very clean and fresh. Gentleman at front was very helpful and pleasant I even enjoyed sitting by the pool. more

The receptionist upgraded our room because the type of room we requested was not ready when we checked in. We would have gladly wated but her offer to upgrade reflected superior customer service. more

Everything was wonderful! The staff at this hotel were so very friendly... We stay in hotels regularly all over the state, this stay was a pleasure. more

Staff was excellent! Directed us to a place to eat. Breakfast staff were excellent. Stayed there on our trip north last year and it is the place we will stay at again. more

This was an emergency stay since we lost power at home and my husband must sleep with a machine. We were very satisfied and he was able to get a good nights sleep. more

My wife and I have been staying at your excellent facility for the last 15-20 years. In fact, we cannon actually remember when we started, but we have always selected the Comfort Inn as our first choice when in Binghamton because of the great value and fine service we get from this arrangement. Recently, we were in town for the tragic and unexpected death of a family member. The staff at the Comfort Inn made us feel like we were with extended family. The kindness and consideration extended to us by the employees of your establishment was a true "comfort" in the best sense of the word, in light of what we were experiencing. The flowers from you, Chris, were a gentle reminder of the importance of how little things can make a big difference in a guest's stay. My wife actually took the flowers home with us back to Virginia when we checked out of the hotel. They were a reminder of how kind everyone was to us during this difficult time. We just wanted to express our appreciation for all that you do on our behalf, throughout the years, and particularly this most recent visit. We will not forget how you helped ease our pain. And we will continue to stay the Comfort Inn for as long as we visit Binghamton. Thank you very much. more

I first had 3 double rooms and 2 kings. I asked for 2 doubles instead of the kings if they opened up. The hotel was very accommodating, and our rooms were changed. We had a very nice stay and will definitely stay there again. more

The front deskpeople were very friendly and efficent. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and did a good job keeping things in order. We will certainly stay here the next time we visit Binghamton. more

We stayed in Lumberton the first night and then Binghamton our last travelling night. Everything was to our satisfaction and more. The staff at the counter was excellent even explaining the computer system and FREE telephone calls. more

My husband and I recently stayed at the Comfort in Binghamton and we were thrilled with the experience. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a great breakfast in the morning and the staff was extremely cheerful. What a great value! We will definitly stay here again when we visit our daughter at BU. more
